ZINGERS is a curated B2B networking platform. The data controller is Zingers (sole proprietor, registered in Israel). Contact: privacy@zingers.app.
When you apply or register, we collect: full name, email address, professional credential, license number and state, years in practice, firm size, location, and two member references ("vouches").
We collect data you add to your profile: bio, practice areas, ideal client description, what you turn away, contact preferences, and optional headshot.
We log your use of the Service: matches received and acted upon, introductions accepted or declined, meetings scheduled, messages sent, referral outcomes you report, and analytics events.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. We do not store credit card numbers. We receive from Paddle: transaction ID, amount, status, and billing country.
We collect: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, timestamps, and cookies/similar technologies for authentication and analytics.

When both parties accept an introduction, we share: your name, profile, and contact preferences. Messages are visible only to the two matched parties.
We use third-party services to operate ZINGERS:
All providers are bound by data processing agreements limiting use to what's necessary to deliver the service.
We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or to prevent illegal activity or harm.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing.
Active account: we retain data while your account is active.
Closed account: personal data is deleted within 90 days of account closure, except: billing records (7 years for tax compliance), audit logs (1 year for security), and anonymized analytics (indefinite).

We operate globally. Data may be transferred to and processed in Israel, the US, and EU. All transfers use Standard Contractual Clauses or other GDPR-compliant safeguards.
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, regular backups, and security monitoring. No system is 100% secure — notify us immediately of any suspected breach.
