Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your membership. If we don't deliver value, we give your money back. Here are the specifics.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee If during your first 30 days of paid membership you feel ZINGERS has not delivered at least one match worth your time, email support@zingers.app and we'll refund your first monthly payment in full. No questions asked.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings, or by emailing support@zingers.app.

When you cancel, your membership remains active through the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until that date. You will not be charged for subsequent months.

Cancellation takes effect immediately upon confirmation. No partial refunds for the current billing period (except under the 30-day guarantee).

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

During your first 30 days of paid membership, you are entitled to a full refund of your first monthly payment if you believe the Service has not delivered value.

How to request:

  1. Email support@zingers.app within 30 days of your first payment
  2. Include your account email and reason (optional, but helpful for us)
  3. We'll confirm within 2 business days and process the refund
  4. Refund appears in your payment method within 5-10 business days

This guarantee applies to your first month only. Founding Members and Regular Members are both eligible.

3. After the 30-Day Period

After 30 days, membership payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the billing period, but prior months will not be refunded.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method.
